Herbal recipes
Over the years, women have collected many useful recipes for anti-wrinkle products. It is wiser to buy herbs in pharmacies. Only in this case can you be confident in their naturalness and safety.
Mask recipes
A mask prepared at home must be used immediately, as even short-term storage has a negative effect on the beneficial properties of the products.
Before the mask treatment, the face and neck should be steamed so that all the beneficial components penetrate through the enlarged pores.
The cosmetic mask does not require intensive rubbing into the skin; the product should be applied with light finger movements.
Rejuvenating mask with nettle and honey
Fresh nettle leaves should be chopped thoroughly, preserving the plant's juice as much as possible. Mix the resulting juicy mass with melted honey in equal proportions. Apply the mask, strictly limiting the exposure time of the composition to the face to 10 minutes. The irritating effects of nettle can cause slight skin redness.
Face mask with parsley
You have to take:
- a bunch of fresh parsley leaves;
- a spoonful of lemon and orange juice;
- a spoonful of honey.
All ingredients are placed in a blender and mixed until a paste is formed.
Apply parsley paste to eyes, face and décolleté for 20 minutes.
Anti-aging mask with aloe
In this case you need:
- a tablespoon of crushed aloe pulp with juice;
- Vitamin E – capsule.
Mix aloe and vitamin E and apply the mixture to problem areas. Leave the mask on for about 15-20 minutes and then rinse your face with a warm herbal tea.
Herbs for washing face
The desired effect in the fight against signs of skin aging can be achieved by washing your face daily with herbal teas.
In addition, washing allows you to achieve several results at once:
- Cleansing of sweat and sebaceous glands, dust and dirt particles;
- Remove acne, relieve inflammation, tighten pores;
- tones the skin.
What you need to know about preparing and using toner for washing:
- Prepare the product with water or alcohol: water tonic is stored for no more than two days, alcohol tonic – up to two weeks;
- Use herbs: chamomile, sage, parsley, celandine, nettle, St. John's wort, green tea;
- natural plant juices – aloe, citrus, cucumber;
- the tonic does not need to be washed off;
- Use the product daily in the evening and morning.
Recipes with ice cream
A short contact of the ice with the epidermis is very useful: it stimulates blood circulation in the cells by dilating the blood vessels. This increases the metabolism within the cells and they renew themselves more quickly. All of this delays the wilting process. Wrinkles are smoothed out and the face looks fresh and healthy.
To make the procedure safe, you must follow these small recommendations:
- Hold the cube with a paper napkin so as not to freeze your fingers and treat the skin quickly, without staying in one place for more than a few seconds.
- Start by cooling the skin from the chin and move toward the ears, nose, and forehead.
- Repeat the procedure several times and then do not wipe your face again;
- 15 minutes after application, grease the skin with a nourishing cream.
Parsley ice cubes
Finely chop a bunch of parsley and pour a glass of boiling water over it. Turn the heat to low and let the broth simmer for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool, strain and pour into molds. You can use fresh parsley chopped in a blender.
From aloe
To prepare, cut a leaf from the plant and place it in the refrigerator for a week. Then squeeze out the juice and brew a chamomile infusion.
To do this, pour half a glass of boiling water over a spoonful of herbs and let it steep for about an hour. Strain the broth and mix it one to one with the juice. Freeze and use daily.
